About
Faust Workshop is an independent jewellery brand operating out of Fremantle (Waylyup), Australia. Our first collection explores themes of ancient mysticism, esoteric realms and antiquity to create powerful talismanic heirlooms for everyday wear.
Born from not being able to find his ideal jewellery and the desire for creating something of his own vision FW started more as a creative outlet for the founder Luke Hills.
After years of experimenting with ideas and production techniques and learning skills from a number of locally established jewellers, FW began to form and refine it’s own unique aesthetic.
Drawing inspiration from an eclectic mix of global and historic sources, FW fuses powerful symbology and textures, adding character and meaning to every day wearing accessories.
We aspire for our work to evolve and explore all tangents of making and style we are drawn to. Consequently all items are made in limited quantities with great attention to detail, adding to the quality and rarity of each piece.
From the experimental treatments and textures to hand-crafted chain links, casts and set stones we carefully guide each individual process.
In addition to our collections being available via online and select stockists, FW also offers a bespoke jewellery service working directly with clients locally and internationally to create one-off engagement rings, wedding rings and special occasion pieces. Materials
We believe in creating designs with longevity in both their character and quality, helping customers buy better and hopefully buy less.
All Faust Workshop pieces are made of solid materials with no plating, meaning that they will maintain their original appearance through generations if cared for properly. If one day there is no longer a want for the piece then it can be melted down, refined and repurposed into jewellery for the next person to enjoy.
